Located in Southold, Long Island, Ellis House is situated in the heart of the renowned North Fork wine country. Dating back to the 1850s, this premier B&B is newly renovated and updated. Original wide pine floorboards, handcrafted plaster moldings, and ten-foot ceilings maintain the unique character of the house. We offer four spacious bedrooms, all with beautifully tiled private baths and wonderful views of adjacent vineyards and fields. Each room is uniquely decorated and well appointed.
The restaurant’s mission at Villa Creek is to serve local, organically or sustainably farmed products in simple rustic preparations, taking inspiration from the padres of the early California missions. Chef Tom Fundaro has built strong relationships with the local growers and producers. With this bounty of fresh, local, organic, and sustainable ingredients at hand, he offers simple, rustic, and creative dishes centered in the cuisine of early California. The local and international compilation of wines and premium bar selection complement the early California and Mediterranean inspired cuisine.
Rombauer Vineyards’ primary focus is the production of ultra-premium Napa Valley and Carneros varietals. Koerner Rombauer, together with winemaker Greg Graham, crafts a limited production of Carneros Chardonnay, Napa Valley Merlot, Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon and Zinfandel.
Like a collection of inspired words or poetry, Conn Creek Winery’s Anthology is made by blending a collection of Napa Valley’s finest Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Malbec, and Petit Verdot. Explore hand-crafted Cabernet Sauvignons from carefully selected sub-appellation vineyards of the Napa Valley. Our grapes reflect their terroir; our Napa Valley winery is much the same. Sterling Vineyards wines have a signature style that is easy to recognize and to enjoy. The Kendall-Jackson Wine Center is a wine & food experience not to be missed. Set amid 120 acres of gardens and vines, guests are welcomed at our beautiful Château for a variety of tasting, food pairing and tour offerings. Each season offers new educational and sensory experiences in our extensive gardens, demonstration vineyard and tasting room.
The winery is situated on the northern edge of our 550-acre To Kalon Vineyard, parts of which were originally planted in the middle of the 19th century, in the Oakville region. The Cabernet Sauvignon from Oakville and specifically from To Kalon Vineyard has been found to be some of the finest in the Napa Valley. The other vineyard is our 400-acre Wappo Hill Vineyard in the Stag’s Leap region which supplies much of our Merlot and the Sauvignon Blanc for our Napa Valley Fume Blanc.
Niebaum-Coppola Winery has moved north to Geyserville (in Alexander Valley). In the former Coppola winery spot now stands Rubicon Winery, which is Francis Ford Coppola’s “premium” label.
In 2002, the winemaking facility was restored to its original design, returning wine production to the Chateau after a 36 year absence.
