Laurence Graff, Chairman of Graff Diamonds International Ltd, re-opened Delaire Graff Restaurant and Tasting Lounge in June 2009 after a complete rebuild. Delaire, which is located on the crest of the panoramic Helshoogte Mountain Pass, Stellenbosch was acquired by Graff in 2003 vowing to make it one of South Africa’s ultra premier wineries and prominent hospitality destinations.

Roosenwijn Guest House is a Victorian styled home built in 1904. This declared National Monument is situated next to the Botanical Gardens in the historical town of Stellenbosch- a two minute stroll away from the village center, restaurants, museums, art galleries and the Stellenbosch University. Roosenwijn Guest House has 10 stylishly decorated, luxurious, en-suite rooms that are all furnished with beautiful antiques and an elegant touch of African Flavor.
Our food, “a contemporary take on the classics”, is a combination of fresshness, flavour and flair. The freshness of ingredients is key and we are therefore planting our own herb and vegetable garden. Our meat is sourced from our property in the Kalahari Desert and is matured to our specifications. The menus are separated into 2 sections. One being a set 6 course menu with wines and the other an a la carte 4 course menu. We believe we have the right ingredients to offer an amazing experience.
The restaurant is set on a glorious wine farm, Hidden Valley, which produces a range of exceptional wines. The farm, a long term project for owner Dave Hidden, offers extraordinary views of Table Mountain, Stellenbosch valley and Robben Island on a clear day. Our focus is very much on local, seasonal produce and we present a small, daily menu in order to keep up with the season’s offerings – all the dishes are paired with Hidden Valley wines.

Bikes ‘n Wines is a fresh and exhilarating approach to Winelands Tourism that appeals to the young-spirited seeking an off-the-beaten-track experience. Explore several superb estates of the Stellenbosch Winelands, situated 50 kilometres outside of Cape Town, through the use of ‘slow tourism’; get out of the tour bus and onto two wheels where you will absorb every sight, smell and sound of the winelands as you cycle along private farm roads and through the vineyards.
Our rooms are situated between the vineyards with majestic mountain views of the Stellenbosch and Simonsberg mountains, providing an environment of beauty and tranquillity. Guests are accommodated in simple elegance and comfort. Relax at the pool or enjoy a leisurely walk or hike in the adjacent forests and mountains.
Our restaurant is open to the public 7 days a week offering a set menu consisting of dishes created using ingredients that are always seasonal, a large portion of which are taken straight from our bio-dynamic garden.
From the start, in May 1996 it has been our goal to delight each guest with a superb dining experience in our warm, relaxing venue set in the heart of the glorious Helderberg countryside. We use only fresh, often organic and where possible local ingredients to prepare our dishes. They are inspired by South African favourites and flavours from around the world. The fresh seasonal and inspirational menu changes almost every day, the main menu four times a year.
Terroir opened in October 2004, and over the years has become one of the most sought-after gourmet destinations in the Cape winelands, placing Stellenbosch prominently on the culinary map. The restaurant is located on Kleine Zalze, a family owned wine farm that has risen to prominence both in South Africa and internationally thanks in particular to its award-winning chenin blanc and shiraz. The setting, under historic oak trees with views over the De Zalze golf course and surrounding gardens and vineyards, is both refined and relaxed. It’s the perfect environment in which to enjoy a fine meal matched to excellent wines.
