“Enoteca Regionale del Roero” is located in Canale d’Alba, a quiet town with a few examples of the fine architecture known throughout the region. The restaurant itself is located on the bottom floor of the regional wine center which is in a 19th century building in the middle of town. The cuisine is modern Italian; but better appreciated for the dining experience as a whole, rather than via any particular aspect. The stock of vintage wines, available by the glass or bottle, can be sampled either in the restaurant or on the evocative terrace. Chef Davide Palluda combines his masterful innovation with local produce and game to provide customers with an incredible dining experience.
