This magnificent residence of the 19th century, which belonged to the Mercier Family, has been totally restored to offer high standing comfort and hospitality. The architecture and the hotel decoration (15 rooms, including 7 suites) are particularly refined in order to conserve the tradition as well as the style of this family residence filled with history.
Located in the heart of the Champenois vineyards, in the village of Ambonnay, 20 Km from Reims, d’Epernay and Châlons en Champagne, the Auberge Saint-Vincent will offer you an unforgettable stay in a typical Champenois medieval small town full of historical events under the care and comfort of owners Anne-Marie and Jean-Claude Pelletier. The bedrooms offer all the modern comfort: bathrooms, toilets, télévision, telephone. In a sober and personalized decoration, you will enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and hospitality of the Champagne region during your stay.
Clos de chassins is a renovated old farm, offering charming guestrooms with spa and sauna. Our gueshouse is located at the crossroads of the Vallée de la Marne, straddling the Aisne and Marne (Champagne Ardennes) close to tourist sites and major cities known worldwide for their champagne, such as Reims, GH-MUM, Epernay, MOET & CHANDON, Hautvillers (birthplace of Dom Perignon champagne), and Fère Tardenois known for its 13th century castle and birthplace of sculptor Camille Claudel.
The Chateau is stunning to look at from the outside, the staff is friendly and helpful and the decor is antique and full of charm, although not necessarily equipped with all of your modern amenities. The traditional old country chateau style remains as the conversion to the hotel stayed as true to history as possible. Old paintings, statues and hand-build furniture adorn the halls and walls. For your comfort, our 28 rooms, in the Château and its Orangery, are equipped with wireless Internet access, a private bathroom (or shower) with hair drier, television and direct line phone. The rooms of the Château will seduce you by their style and comfort, as each is decorated with the furniture from a prior era. As a listed “historic chateau”, please note that there is no elevator or lift.

Each room is named after one of the plots in the vineyard. There are also two dining-rooms, a lounge and a terrace overlooking the garden, as well as a secure car park.

Grand Hotel Les Templiers in Reims, a short walk from the cathedral, may be small, but it’s your best inner-city bet. A restored 1800′s Mock-Gothic House, the place exhibits taste and sensitivity, with antiques, ornate ceilings, and hand-carved woodwork creating an inviting ambience. Each room comes with a quality French bed and a well-maintained private bathroom, most often with both tub and shower. Our hotel is only 10 minutes’ walk to the cathedral and museum. It is a 15-20 minute walk to the pedestrian area in the heart of the city with all the restaurants, bars and the shopping centers. The Mumm Champagne House is a 10 minute walk from the hotel, and several others are within a 10 minute drive (Pommery, Veuve Clicquot, Taittinger).
Auberge du Cheval Blanc is a hotel in the country, 8 km from the town of St. Dizier and 30 km from the lake “Lac du Der” and the foot of the Meuse. The hotel offers 8 rooms.
