Formerly home to the Florentine nobility, Villa Dievole is now your Tuscan home and offers a total of 27 suites and double rooms, spread throughout several buildings, all with beautiful views over vineyards and olive groves. These historic buildings have been refurbished to a luxury 4 star standard, which still retains plenty of Tuscan charm. Villa Dievole also offers two pools, a bar, a restaurant and a children’s playground in addition to the Dievole Winery.

Villa Dievole is set in tranquil surroundings, nestled in the beautiful Tuscan hills. Cypress and olive trees, far-reaching vineyards, hidden villages and magnificent medieval buildings dominate the landscape. Reputed wines have been produced at Dievole for over 900 years.

Enjoy the “Dolce Vita”: a glass of wine on our terrace, a candle-lit dinner with mandolin and guitar in the historic cellar, our open air barbecue, typical Tuscan cuisine, the peaceful countryside and the friendliness of the Tuscan people.

Clients at Dievole have a wide choice: The Ristorante Dievole is open every day from 7.30 pm and invites you to taste the best traditional Tuscan dishes, made with the finest ingredients. Every year our restaurant offers two themed nights: dinner in the historical wine cellar on Wednesdays and barbecue in the rose garden on Fridays. The restaurant menu changes at least once a week, always created using local and often organic produce. Our DOCG and IGT wines, our olive oil and home-made pastries are always to be found in our kitchen. From the Chianina to the Cinta Senese meats, from DOP Olive oil to organic cheeses, every dish is made with the attention to detail gained from years of experience.

The Dievole Agricultural Company S.p.A. comprises 400 hectares of land, of which 85 are cultivated as vineyards. Our production ranges from the red IGT, Chianti Classico DOCG and Chianti Classico Riserva DOCG to products such as grappa, olive oil and Vin Santo. Since the 1980s our Villa, with the main building dating from the Renaissance, has been remodelled to offer our guests a “home from home” in Chianti.
