Welcome to Mint Restaurant

Steve and Ruth Beere welcome you to MINT.The building is one of six identical Victorian houses, built in 1897 & locally known as the Six Sisters.

A former private home, converted to a restaurant in the 1980′s,
then a jazz bar, and now you see it as MINT Restaurant.

The lounge beckons invitingly for pre-dinner drinks,
or after dinner coffee.
The main dining area is downstairs,
with a private small dining room upstairs,
and the ‘Chef’s Table’, with seating for up to eight diners
is located on a mezzanine floor overlooking the main area.
This flexibility allows MINT to cater for small private functions.

With fresh local produce and excellent wines,
we endeavour to provide you with the very best of service,
to ensure your dining experience is one that you will remember.
