De Oude Ryneveld, is nestled within the historic town of Stellenbosch in the heart of the world famous Cape Winelands.

The 1800’s “slave lodges“ have been converted into a stylish and elegant guest house, offering charming and spacious accommodation. We strive to create an environment that is relaxed, and to truly give you that “home-away-from-home“ feeling. We understand the uniqueness of each individual guest’s needs and wants, and are committed to fullfilling these.
 
 De Oude Ryneveld, is the perfect base from which to explore the magnificent, surrounding winelands. However, If you would prefer to laze on a world class beach, they too are only a short trip away. For the slighty more energetic, Cape Town and the V&A Waterfront are a mere forty minute journey down the road. The ever popular „whale watching“ hamlet of Hermanus is a scenic one hours drive from Stellenbosch. 
 
We offer a variety of accommodation, catering for the single traveller to the “family-on-holiday”. Our rooms and cottages are all en-suite and are designed with comfort, uppermost in mind. All rooms are self catering and are provided with complimentary tea and coffee. Every morning we offer a delicious, full English breakfast, to help you start your day.

We have Twin Bedroom, Honeymoon Suites, Family Cottages and Double Rooms. We cater for large groups up to 25 people and weddings. Centrally situated with ample private parking.
