The Restaurante La Fonda de Alberto, located in Valdepeñas serves up “Traditional Quijote-style Cuisine”  as recognized by the convening order of the Castilla-La Mancha Regional Government on December 20, 2004.  Regional specialties include seafood, wild game and locally grown produce.

The ingredients are market-bought and seasonal so that the menu is constantly renewing itself. You will also be able to find a large variety of regional dishes such as Pisto Manchego, Asadillo de Pimiento, Grasspea Porridge and La Mancha-style Migas masterfully prepared.

Its wine-cellar includes 150 references, the local wines being of particular note, not to mention the principle wines with Denomination of Origin in Spain.
