On your visit to the Rioja Alavesa region you will enjoy a land of contrasts, colors, fragances and flavours, which stimulate the senses with their intensity and their great variety. Towns, wine cellars, vineyards and rivers come together in a region in which the Rioja Alavesa Wine Route is the current mainstay as regards tourism and business development. With the objective of bringing together this immense offer of tourism, culture, gastronomy and oenology, we present the Enobús (Wine Bus), an original tourist bus service that will allow you to travel as you please in total comfort around the fifteen towns and administrative districts that make up the Rioja Alavesa Wine Route, with a link to the nearby city of Vitoria-Gasteiz.

This ambitious project is structured around three routes that cover the entire region which have been designed according to the individual characteristics of each of the towns to be visited. This will allow you to discover all the cultural and heritage resources, to taste the delicious gastronomy of the Rioja Alavesa region in the most emblematic restaurants and bars, and, of course, to discover the region´s most important wine cellars. In addition, once you are on board the Enobús, on each trip you will have access to all the information in various languages and all you have to do is sign up in advance for the activities and visits you would like to experience.

This project, which is run by the Rioja Alavesa Wine Route, has been sponsored by the Regional Ministry of Tourism of the Basque Regional Government and the Regional Council of Álava, and receives the collaboration of the Álava Chamber of Commerce and Caja Vital Kutxa.
