For more than 50 years, Cave de Turckheim, through the savoir-faire of its 216 winegrowers and the passion of its winemakers, produces various wines reflecting a kaleidoscope of flavours. These wines were born from a subtle alchemy of our passion, our respect for tradition and our exceptional soils. In 1955 Robert Schwindenhammer, mayor of Turckheim, brought together the local winegrowers and expressed his idea of solidarity. It was necessary to create a structure without loosing the personality of each member. The vineyard had to find a place, where the common decisions for the future would be made. This organization had, naturally, to produce subtle wines with a very high quality level.
