The restaurant Les Paulands is located within a hotel remarkably situated between the slopes of Beaune and Nuits, a wine lover’s paradise. The hotel is a large 18th century building nestled in one of France’s most prestigious vineyards. This Burgundy residence, founded in 1898, welcomes guests to dine, taste fabulous wine in one of the largest cellars in France that include wines from both the family estate and from the Burgundy region as a whole. You can dine either on the shady terrace overlooking the swimming pool or in the air-conditioned dining room.

Apart from the many specialities suggested by the chef, you may also choose to taste a variety of regional dishes.  Selections include great seasonal Burgundy favorites such as parsley ham, Burgundy snails, “meurette” eggs, Burgundy beef cheeks, Epoisse cheese and more.  For those diners wishing to take advantage of the treasures in the cellar, all wines ordered with your meal are sold at cellar price.

Les Paulands’ creations include an exclusive “Grand Crus” menu (including Corton Charlemagne and Corton Rouge), which will amaze you, from one dish to the next. Meals may be served on the shaded terrace, near the swimming pool, or in an air-conditioned room witha view of the Grands Crus vineyards.

Thanks to their exceptional prices and access to rare “old vintage” bottles, you may truly discover the greatest and finest Burgundy wines, for they have been wine merchants and owners since 1898. The Cellar contains Burgundy wines that are aged in a traditional way in exclusively oak barrels and houses one of the most prestigious wine reserves at the autcions of Beaune and Nuits Homes (Hospices de Beaune, Hospices de Nuits). These commercialized products constitute a large array of appellations from the Beaune slopes to the Nuits slopes in Village, premier cru and grand cru: red Burgundy, aligote Burgundy, Hautes Cotes de Nuits Burgundy, Ladoix, Aloxe Corton, Aloxe Corton premier cru and Corton grand cru, Corton Charlemagne and more.
