Because of its location in the wine capital of Beaune, Loiseau des Vignes is the first restaurant in Europe to offer a complete list of wines by the glass, with around fifty best Burgundy wine regerences.

Loiseau des Vignes is managed by Bruno Dumont, from the Relais Bernard Loiseau in Saulieu. His assignment is to bring together a high level of professionalism and conviviality, values which Bernard Loiseau bequeathed to all his teams and which have made the worldwide reputation of the famous Relais & Chateaux in Saulieu, Loiseau des Vignes restaurant fits right into its historical setting, located in the old part of the listed building of the 4-star Hôtel Cep.

Loiseau des Vignes is located in the historic center of Beaune. It is a new concept: the restaurant displays a wine list offering a selection of 70 premium names all served by the glass. The cuisine enables guests to taste a number of the inescapable specialties of Burgundy and some of the paramount dishes of traditional French cuisine. The food is served in two beautifully restored high-ceilinged rooms, where ancient stones and several old niches are clearly visible.
