The Bistrot Bourguignon , open in 1985 in Beaune, is the true wine bar with Burgundy wines, and proposes within a traditional framework a  regionally influenced cuisine full of new flavors, accompanied by a beautiful wine list of Burgundy, including  dozens of offerings by the glass. The atmosphere is imbibed with a a soft Jazz ambiance.  The Bistrot offers Jazz concerts every Saturday night and is the proud home of the JAZZ A BEAUNE  festival, which takes place every September.

Jean-Jacques Hegner offers a comprehensive wine selection featuring the best from Burgundy vinyards, including  twenty five by the glass in “ Chablisien ”, in “Côte de Beaune ”, in “Côte de Nuits ”, in “ Mâconnais ”.  In the Bistrot Bourguignon, chef Benoît Roux proposes an inspiration combining traditional and regional cuisine to provide you with the greatest pleasure of your senses.

The great wine list is made up of  selections of the best domaines from Burgundy with 25 by the glass: Lafon, M.Bouzereau, Bret, Groffier, Girardin, Dauvissat, Bonneau du Martray, de Montille, Carillon, Amiot, H.Lamy, de Villaines, M.Niellon, Tollot-Beaut, F.Lumpp, Geantet-Pansiot, Burguet, Méo-Camuzet, J.Drouhin, Chassorney and more matching very well with chef Richard ‘s cuisine.
