The Laroche Hotel Restaurant and Wine Bar is located in Burgundy, in the heart of Chablis’ picturesque village.  This charming hotel-restaurant used to be a mill dating back to the 18th century. Michel and Gwénaël Laroche restored this intimate and exclusive place, mixing traditional and contemporary architecture, in order to achieve an exceptional Hotel – Restaurant in Burgundy. Michel and Gwenaël Laroche have created, in the heart of Chablis, a tasteful and refined environment for tasting their wines where History and Modernity cohabitate perfectly.  History is all around you in this old grain mill built in the 18th century, in the original Winemakers Quarter overlooking the river Serein. Modernity is given to you through the entire restoration of the building in their deliberate choice of a contemporary style, nevertheless respectful of Tradition and original materials. The restaurant room, situated in the place of the old mill machinery, offers a view and a conviviality unique in Chablis.
