Poderi Montarsiccio e Ticciaia, two fabulous  houses recently restored and functioning as agritourism are situated on two facing and equidistant hills from the office headquarters.  In total there are eleven apartments, all with an independent entrance and some with air conditioning and, in winter, fireplaces. They are rustically furnished with old country -style furniture. Comfortable, with their own individual heating and private veranda.

Our lovely swimming pool is situated 600 metres from the apartments amongst the olive trees. It is available for our guests from June to September. Once a week  the swimming-pool is open for our guests until midnight. In this evening we illuminate the garden with scenic candles and torches. Available for our guestsa are a barbecue-area and an outdoor wood oven, laundry and dryer, telephone and fax service at central reception, wine cellar tours and wine tasting training. There is a space near the pool with table tennis and other outdoor games. At our front desk, you will find much useful information in order to be able to organize cultural or naturalistic itineraries and make the most of your holidays.

MONTARSICCIO RESORT:
Montarsiccio, situated on a hill amongst the cypress trees, is a splendid farmhouse which was  restored and equipped as an agritourism.The stone walls are decorated with the changing colours of a creeping grape plant according to seasons. Flowers cascade and bushes of aromatic herbs bloom surprisingly on each verandah of the six apartments. A great cypress forest encompasses the entire hill. In all six apartments we have deliberately maintained some aspects of the typical rural Tuscan architecture such as the so called living-fireplace where, in the past, families of farmers used to sit and chat at the end of their hard working day. Today our guests, together with their families come from all over the world to find the same warmth and cosiness in our resorts.

TICCIAIA RESORT
The farmhouse from 1700 century overlooks a fabulous forest valley and vineyards and olive groves. A tower and a double lancet window, together with a peculiar courtyard with a lemon tree inside, are the characteristic features of this recently restored farm house.An age old oak and a century old lime-tree are the two proud guardians of this splendid farmhouse. After careful and meticulous rehabilitation and  renovation, the farmhouse was inaugurated in 2008. There are four different suites plus a bedroom, each one provided with Tuscan comfort and modern conveniences such as air conditioning. Every suite has a different name and unique characteristics.

WINE TASTING:
For whomever is interested in deepening their knowledge on wine production, we conduct guided visits and wine tasting. For small groups it is possible to taste our products directly at our bar. For bigger groups (8-50) booking is required in order to plan the use of the bigger premises with tables and chairs for everyone. Guided tours and wine tasting last about one hour according to following schedule: tour of the estate with historic and agriculture notions, visit of the cellars and the barriques, tasting and explanation of wine.

Among vineyards, forests and olive groves, Casa Sola is located in the heart of Chianti Classico area where the scenery is suggestive and uncontaminated, just as it was ages ago. In the town of Barberino, located approximately 30km from Florence, 28km from Siena and 90km from Pisa. Casa Sola covers a total area of 120 hectares, of which 30 are vineyards and 40 are olive groves. The remaining terrain is made up of fields and forests which help to create an enchanting view… quiet and green.
