If grapes are a gift of nature, wines are the creation of man. After more than 20 years as a winemaker in one of Chablis’ most beautiful domaines, I am now delighted to share with you my knowledge, my passion and my thrill. Join us for visits to vineyards and cellars, oenology and tasting lessons - together we will discover the universe of Burgundy wines: vine seasons, the wine making process, and the wine growers’ work which results in this delicious nectar.

You will be received in an old wine press room where I will open for you the doors to the wine world.We will start with the discovery of the Chablis wines, known all over the world for his wine, Chablis will be the heart of your journey. You can learn more about the art of tasting, and understand the wine making process as it pertains to the wine makers of Burgundy. Discover the vineyards and cellars of Burgundy with a true local!

Au Coeur du Vin welcomes you to participate in tasting training sessions given by an oenologist. Make your way into the heart of the vineyard of Chablis, Auxerre and Tonnerre. Meet the men of wine and learn about their passion, their respect of terroir , their traditional or organic approach, sharing this unique moment around a glass of Chablis, Saint Bris, Irancy, Coulanges or Epineuil. Enjoy the advice of an oenologist, to constitute your ideal personal cellar. Discover the other local produce (cider, black truffles, foie gras, cheese…) or the historical places of fascinating Burgundy.

For the best (and best value) accommodation, you will be offered a list of selected B&B, hotels and restaurants. Choose between different paths of discovery according to the time you have, or let’s organize together your own personalized program. Each program is also available in gift cheque for your friends’ pleasure.
