Thursday lunches, October to March, honouring Alsace; Top tables: over 80 since their creation! Each year, from October to March theme linked weekends.
Friday evenings to Sunday lunches honouring a product or a region and journeying through your senses. Scallops, champagne, foie gras, … at each top table, from starter to desert, Jean Paul Hartmann will unveil or help you rediscover a product.
When stopping over at the Almandin, don’t miss looking at « Les Introuvables du Roussillon » wine list and ask the butler for advice. The wine list offers you Languedoc Roussillon’s finest wines. Exceptional year or limited numbers of bottles, we have found that which cannot be found.
