Despite a location within an open mall, the food, particularly the beef makes you feel like you are in a four star steak house. Most people will advise you to try the “bife chorizo” and the famous “Parrillada Argentina”. Don Mario Ferrari inherited from his parents a taste for Italian haute cuisine and he has spent his entire life devoted to the culinary field; starting from a very young age to work in restaurants, then in culinary classes in which he toured various parts of the country, finally ending up in Mendoza in 1952 where he met Mr Balbi.  With him, he learned about the importance of excellent service as well as increasing his knowledge in cuisine. After a lifetime of tenacious work as chef and many years of experience in customer care for the most varied demands, was born Don Mario restaurant. Don Mario is a restaurant that has been recognized years as a tradition in Mendoza, and today is best known for their grilled meats; the real Argentine asado.  In addition, the menu also features a variety of appetizers, salads and desserts. The menu has more than 150 dishes from which to choose, so even a picky eater will find something to make them happy.
