Rosso pizza is inspired by the slow food movement of Itlay and local Sonoma Country farmers. Our Tuscan wood-burning oven gives you the true Neopolitan style of crisp, yeasty pizza. Whether it be our hand crafted meats or our house made burrata, we are committed to flavor on all levels with food and wine. Rosso offers daily aditions to our menu which are inspired by indigenous ingredients. Our seasonal whole oven-roasted dungeness crab of forever smoked and braised beef short ribs with soft polenta are just two examples of how we honor the seasons.

In addition to their pizzas, salads, antipastis, cheese and salumeria selections, the Rosso has an abundant selection of wines from both local producers and vineyards from around the globe. Twenty five of the selections are offered in either 6 ounce, 250ml and 500 ml pours providing diners the opportunity to try a wine without necessarily having to buy an entire bottle. Rosso also offers a significant variety of wines by the bottle, which are labeled as either organic, sustainable or biodynamic.
