Massimiliano’s dishes tell a story on two different paths that explore ingredients, traditions and seasons. Grand Classics as well as Le Calandre’s historical dishes can be paired with wines by the glass or bottle; perfect to take you on your culinary voyage.

The wine list features a selection of over 1500 labels, stored in two cellars, one of Italian wines, the other of French; the result of continuous research to discover the most interesting realities in the national and international wine world.
