The hotel Park Hyatt Mendoza in Argentina, with its beautifully restored 19th-century Spanish colonial façade, is conveniently situated in the main business and banking district in the center of Mendoza. The Hyatt’s two restaurants are the Bistro ‘M’ and the “Las Terrazas de la Plaza”.  The Bistro ‘M’ is located in the hotel Lobby. Bistro ‘M’ offers traditional Mendocinean food with a French accent. The restaurant contains a show kitchen with a wood-burning oven which is the focus of the restaurant, and a unique gallery of fine wines, displaying more than 2500 regional vintages. Las Terrazas de la Plaza is located next to the ballroom. This cafe provides a sophisticated atmosphere where comfort and intimacy blend with sophistication and elegance. The cafe interior extends the length of the hotel Lobby, and the terrace overlooks the Plaza Independencia. It is a perfect place to meet friends and enjoy a coffee, tea, international cocktail or even a quick meal.

The hotel bar is called Uvas, translating to “grapes” in Spanish. Uvas is located on the mezzanine level, with a modern design and an impressive wine list. The highlight of the wine list is an exquisite collection of Mendoza wines, but Uvas also offers a large international menu of cocktails. These are served around our piano in the main bar. A blazing fire with a large chimney piece is the central focus of the room, creating an exciting atmosphere enhanced by the melodies of live jazz and bossa nova.
