Welcome to the Schloss Hotel Korb. Schloss Korb has its origins in the 12th century and was first authentically documented in the year 1236. In the following years it passed through the hands of various owners till in 1918 it was purchased by Anton Dellago. With loving care the family Fritz Dellago has (re)created a romantic Schloss hotel, whose long tradition still today takes its visitors back to days of old.

Also well known both locally and abroad is the hotel restaurant. Away from the stress and pressures of a modern world, you’ll find a peaceful ambience among strong ancient walls and towers. Lean back and let yourself be enchanted by our delicious local and international meals.

Fritz Dellago had a long time vision of combining wine and culture. In 2005 his dream came true with the renovation of a bunker into a wine and cultural center. There he produces and presses his own wines, holds wine tastings, art shows and music events. Those who know how to live well, don’t just drink wine, they savor magic. Come experience the secrets of Fritz Dellagos’s wines in a truly enchanting place.

On the family´s sun-drenched vineyards that surround the castle, very select grapes ripen, which with time, care and loving detail are pressed into choice wines. Connoisseurs and gourmets around the world appreciate this delicious and limited treasure for its top quality.

Many who stay and dine here compare it to waking up in a fairy tale with perfect views of the surrounding wineyards and fruit orchards. The staff are very attentive and helpful, whether to help set up a tour of the local vineyards or to cater to your every need. The restaurant serves a wonderful breakfast buffet served either inside their dining room or outside on the gigantic terrasse. The evening menu is a great mix of Italian and German specialties to go along with the significant wine list. The owners are very much a part of the hotel, often stopping by each table during dinner to check in on you and chat about the wine, food or local history.
