The Azienda Vitivinicola Poderi Rosso Givovanni Winery is located in Agliano Terme, one of the best zones for cultivation of vines and, particularly, for the production of high quality Barbera d’asti. The winery extends over 12 hectares of hilly land excellently exposed and wholly planted in Barbera vines.

The rich soil and the microclimate combine to create favorable conditions for cultivation of vines that yeild outstanding wines. In the center of our farm stands the Cascina Perno, right on the top of the hill. A constant desire to improve the quality of the winery processes and methods shows up in the fine wine in our cellar. A high density of vines, severe pruning, care of the foliage and thinning out of excess leaves contribute to the development of the finest characteristics found in any Barbera.

The winery produces several outstanding Barbera wines.
