Located in our historic 1880′s homestead on the estate, Shinn Estate Farmhouse offers elegant and modern appointments in our 4 guest rooms, including private baths and vineyard views. Situated on pastoral Oregon Road in Mattituck, the center of the North Fork’s farming belt, you are surrounded by the quietude of a farm environment while enjoying the grandeur of lodging at a world class winery.

Guest Rooms at Shinn Estate Farmhouse have been appointed with “country-side” luxury, as the centerpiece of their design. Plush mattresses, crisp cotton linens and feather pillows adorn queen-sized beds. Dramatic farm, vineyard and winery views can be enjoyed though nearly floor to ceiling farmhouse windows. Antique pine floors create a sense of history while ultra-modern in-suite bathrooms allow guests to pamper themselves with organic soaps, cozy robes and slipper. Each room has a lounging chair, console table and ample closet space. Irons and ironing boards are available.

Breakfast at the Shinn Estate Farmhouse takes place each morning in the historic dining room of the 1880′s Tuthill homestead overlooking our vineyards. Guests sit at a sprawling farmhouse table and are lavished with Chef David Page’s seasonal and local modern farmhouse creations. A typical breakfast might include slow cooked eggs with fresh griddled sausage, creamed leeks and savory biscuits or sunny-side up duck eggs with asparagus risotto and our own maple smoked bacon. Each morning starts with piping hot coffee, freshly squeezed juices, scones and just baked sweet breads.
