Out tasting room is tucked out of site just off Vineyard Drive on a rustic road that takes you past our Zinfandel and Merlot vineyards, owl boxes, oak trees, and a meandering creek. The tasting room has a real “winery” feel, as it is located in our “cellar”, well positioned to provide barrel samples of your favorite varietals.

Opolo Vineyards comprises 270 acres of estate vineyards on both the Westside and Eastside of Paso Robles. With Such, we are well positioned to produce some of the finest ultra-premium wines from this stellar wine-growing region.

The Westside vineyard, located in the Santa Lucia Mountains, just west of Paso Robles, is also home to our winery and tasting room. The climate there is influenced by maritime air from the Morrow Bay area, and is particularly well suited to our varietals grown there, including Sangiovese, Zinfandel, Pinot Noir, Merlot, Cabernet and Chardonnay.

Our specialties include big mountain Zinfandels, classic Zinfandels, full bodied Pinot Noirs, Merlots, and Syrahs, as well as an ‘easy-going’ Sangiovese. We also have other great varietals, including Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and a delightfully sweet and fragrant Muscat Canelli.

Above the vineyards at Opolo Vineyards, our luxurious inn offers each visitor all of the sensory pleasures of Paso Robles rolled up in one destination. Rooms boast fireplaces, soaking tubs, showers and a specially made breakfast that you will thoroughly enjoy.
