Winding your way up the drive through our Bordeaux vineyards, you will find the The Winemakers Porch Bed & Breakfast at Frances James Vineyard, locally owned and operated by Marlowe & Corinne Evenson. The Winemakers Porch Bed & Breakfast at the vineyard is only five miles from downtown Paso Robles and offers overnight guests the opportunity to share in our wonderful vineyard lifestyle. there are three guest rooms, two located directly above the barrel room. Weather permitting, a full breakfast will be served outside overlooking the Tuscan style landscape of Paso Robles. During your stay you will be welcomed into our barrel room for appetizers and tastings of our reserve vintages.

The Frances James Vineyard is located alongside the B&B. The vineyard was planted in 1998, where we are able to take advantage of the climate, which is perfect for growing premium wine grapes. We have warm sunny days and cool nights with a temperature variance of about 50 degrees. Our Bordeaux vineyard consists of Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot and Malbec.
