Featured In Best Places- A winner of the 2003 Wine Select Restaurant Award

The Vintner’s Inn is in a historic Prosser home that was to be torn down and made into a parking lot. It has come a long way as it is currently featured “In Best Places” and a winner of the “2003 Wine Select Restaurant Award”.

We purchased the house from Benton County in August of 2000 and moved it to its present location next to the winery in January of 2001. We’ve been remodeling ever since, and, after applying several suitcases full of money, have opened to serve the public. We’re located in Prosser, WA in the center of the Yakima Valley convenient to wineries, micro breweries, restaurants, and many tourist attractions.

BED & BREAKFAST
Our Bed and Breakfast is located right next to our winery in a remodeled 1905 built home on Sheridan Avenue and:
1. Consists of two rooms each with a queen bed in the upper portion of the Inn.
2. Each room has a private bath (old-fashioned claw foot tub or garden tub with handheld shower- no standup showers are available)
3. Check in is from 3- 6 p.m. unless otherwise arranged.
4. Breakfast is continental style- with ample quantities of fresh fruit, juice, coffee, cereal, homemade muffins or scones. etc.
5. Our rooms are decorated country farmhouse style. There are  no TVs and no ringing phones. We are located in the center of Prosser about three blocks from the railroad tracks- if the passing of trains or an occasional potato truck during the night would disturb you or interfere with your rest, you may wish other accommodations.
6. A third mother-in-law type room is available for persons or groups that would not mind sharing a bath- please ask for details.
7.  While we love pets (we have many dogs) they are not allowed on the premises – however, we’ll be happy to help you find alternate kenneling facilities.
8. There is an outdoor garden picnic area and a large grape pergola and Koi pond for your enjoyment in season
9. If we are available, we’ll often ask you to join us for hors d’oeuvres and a glass of wine between 5 and 6 p.m.
10. Although we love children- we were once so situated ourselves, we are essentially an adult facility and, although we’ll try, are not set up to make special accommodation for children’s needs- call us however and we’ll work with you.
