Food Menu consists of both snacks and cheeses including the following:
Hummus and Pita – chickpea, tahini, and spice puree with warm pita bread
Herbed Olives – kalamata olives, garlic, and herbs marinated in olive oil
Marinated Chevre – goat chesse wrapped in herbs, prosciutto and grape leaves
Cuban Sandwich- sour-orange pork tenderloin, ham, Dijon, Swiss cheese, dill pickle and chips
Duck Breast – seared duck, wilted spinach, pistachio, maple-merlot reduction
Steak en Croute – Angus flat-iron, mushroom pate, puff pastry, Bordelaise
Crab Cake – fresh Dungeness crab, leek confit, bacon, capers, Romesco sauce
Halibut and Mushroom – poached halibut, mushrooms, tarragon-Riesling beurre blanc
Tortilla Espagnol – potato, onion and egg “omelet” with tarragon remoulade
