Twisted Cork Wine Bar, a spirited lounge, is located in the Hyatt Regency Bellevue at 900 Bellevue Way. The bar features a signature Champagne Lounge offering an elevated music experience and boasts a 300 bottle wine cellar, 50 wines by-the-glass, a 20 by-the-glass Champagne and sparkling wine assortment, plus hand crafted cocktails. The wine bar showcases live entertainment four nights a week and hosts weekly wine events. A menu of appetizers, cheeses and desserts along with full menu are offered with wine in mind. Complete meals are also available, as well as in the 0/8 Seafood Grill, just steps away.

When we conceived of the Twisted Cork Wine Bar, we started with a simple premise:  To find your true passion for wine you need to experience the rich diversity resultant from the art of winemaking.  With that in mind we developed a wine program focused on tasting wine and making available a broad and diverse selection of wine by the glass (or taste, or flight).  Our passion inspired us to employ technology to assure these wines are delivered fresh and at the proper temperature.  We also recommend pairing these wines with Chef Dan’s variety of small plates.  That way you can experience wine and food as it should be: together!

We begin our adventure with our wine flights.  Flights are a selection of three 2oz pours of wine centered on a theme: generally a grape, a style of wine, or a region. We designed these flights as a way to experience broad categories of wine and discover the subtle and sometimes profound differences that can be found.  Enjoy one of our selections or create one of your own from our extensive by the glass list.  Recommendations are always available from your host.

0/8 Seafood Grill, serving Northwest flavors, and Twisted Cork Wine Bar, a spirited lounge, are located in the Hyatt Regency Bellevue at 900 Bellevue Way, Bellevue, WA.  The restaurant is open for breakfast and lunch Monday though Friday with dinner served nightly.  Weekend brunch is served Saturday and Sunday mornings.  In the wine bar, live entertainment is available late night five nights a week along with weekly wine events and monthly beverage dinners.
