BISTRO Laurent offers authentic country French cooking prepared at the hands of a master, Owner & Chef, Laurent Grangien who refers to his restaurant as, “A Bistro is an unpretentious neighborhood restaurant with a welcoming atmosphere and reasonable prices.”

Located in the heart of historic Paso Robles, BISTRO Laurent is located in a charming brick building built in the 1890′s.  An awe-inspiring menu features dishes such as Crispy crab risotto with sautéed shrimp and herbs beurre blanc and Roasted rack of Colorado Lamb, garlic juice and ratatouille. Bistro Laurent also offers tasting menus of either four or five courses; served with or without wines from their impressive wine store.
