He is also an honors graduate of Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts.

Lynnette Evans, wife and co-propreitor, invites you to enjoy El Dorado County Wines and French wines selections from her wine list. For an even closer look at the local wine industry, come in for one of the Communal Winemaker Dinners, part of a series of dinners featuring a local winemaker. These dinners are limited to 30 people for an intimate gathering.

Zachary Jacques is also now offering ”Foods to Go” . These selections are available by
special order whether it’s a romantic picnic for two or a bash for fifty.
