Located in The County Seat of Amador County, just south of Sutter Creek, the hotel enjoys Jackson’s colorful history dating back over 150 years. Beginning with the Gold Rush in the mid-1800′s to the growth of California’s vineyards and wineries in the 1900′s, Jackson California is the center of a locale rich in culture and scenic beauty.

The Jackson Lodge in scenic Amador County CA features 28 spacious hotel rooms with a choice of several bed configurations ranging from one double bed to two queen plus one double. For group and vacation travelers, we also have several sets of connecting rooms to accommodate larger families.
Nestled in the Sierra Nevada foothills and steeped in California Gold Country lore, the quaint Jackson CA hotel is encircled by bucolic oak woodland vistas, with the sprawling vineyards of the Shenandoah Valley and the raging white water of Sutter Creek a short distance away. While the lodge conveniently situated below historic Highway 49 in Amador County, you’ll find street noise minimal. The verdant setting is both tranquil and inviting to both couples seeking a weekend getaway and families discovering the Mother Lode trail.
The newly remodeled pool ranges in depth from 1 1/2 feet to 8 feet and is 20 ft wide and 40ft long. We keep it heated through the winter! Pool hours are 9:00 am to 10:00 pm, daily. In addition to comfortable hotel rooms, our eight one bedroom cabins feature a large living room with sleeper sofa, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, full bath and patio.
